Moulden Quits C.A.P.

The charge: "you are guilty of THEFT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY"

On or about July8/09, Dr. Moulden, leader of C.A.P., quit his position as leader of the Party. the question must be asked...WHY?

Below, you will read information, I received and given permission to disclose to all, by Dr. Carley. She was about to testify at a N.E. meeting when Dr. Moulden suddenly sent in an E-mail effectively resigning his post as leader. The information below is exactly as I received it and has not been altered accept to remove e-mail addresses to protect their identity.

You will notice that Dr. Carley also mentions his supposed attendance at the China Vaccine Conference and his position at that conference. He never attended it as I disclosed in one of my previous articles. And remember what I disclosed regarding his ripping off autistic parents.

Dr. Moulden has since stated, on his web site, that he is the "former" leader of CAP. in my opinion, the only reason why he wanted to be leader of the party, was to add to his resume of things he has done. However, if you had read his resume, you would have found out that he never stayed very long at one thing. He only was there, so as to have something to place on his resume and so that it would look impressive to everyone. He conned every member of CAP.

So now what? Well now an interim leader has to be appointed until such time as an election can be held. But who will it be? There may be several candidates who want to be leader, but are they qualified to run this Party or do they just want to have the position on their resume too.

Presently, there is nothing in CAP's Constitution or papers that asks for a candidates qualification to run as leader or for that matter for any position on the N.E. or even as a candidate in ridings. So how do you know you will be getting the right person to run the Party? You don't. Not until there is a method or screening the individuals. That is something the members must request, if they are to know whether the right individual can handle the job.

So the interim leader is supposed to be placed into position sometimes in early Aug./09. hopefully you will be sent a letter of acknowledgment regarding this.

What has happened to the office, that was supposed to be in Moulden's apartment and for which CAP was supposed to be paying him $650. This was so that the new book keeper could work for CAP, take calls, etc, similar to what Braja was doing. The books, the computer and all the office material was supposed to be there. However, I have learned that the lady was actually working out of her apartment that she shares with someone else. So where did the money go, that was supposed to be paid to Moulden? Not only that, why was she paid $50 per hour for work that someone could do for half the price? Who authorized her receiving that kind of money? Where is the contract?

She now has/had the power to sign her own cheques for whatever amount she desires. Who overlooks the work she does for the money she receives. If she signed her own cheque, that can be construed as embezzlement. No oversite for work done or allegedly done.

Perhaps this, and what Dr. Carley was about to reveal to the NE, were some of the reasons why Moulden quit. Whatever they were, CAP must once again pick up the mess left behind by a former leader. Who will that leader be?? Well CAP members better pick up their feet and make sure that the next leader is qualified to run the party and more than that is someone who wants the lead Canadians and not have a personal agenda, like some of those who may be presently trying to run for interim leader.

CAP presently has 500 members signed up, but if this continues, they won't have any. There is much work to do. As CAP members, it is also up to you to work with the party to make sure it grows. contact your NE members and find out what the hell is going on. Ask questions of them and expect proper, honest answers. Don't let them off the hook. It's your party and your money.

You do have help if you wish to move CAP forward and become relevant in the political field. There is one member of the NE that I HIGHLY recommend contacting. Dr Moulden first contacted me about 1 year ago, telling me he had developed a device which could prove vaccine induced microvascular strokes in neurologically damaged children.  He wanted to "work with me", as he stated that documents on my website (www.drcarley.com) were the "closet to being correct" as to how vaccines cause autism, ADD, learning disabilities, etc.  At that time he had a website under construction, with nothing on it.  He spoke to me many times on the phone, eventually convincing me to meet with him and have him as a guest on my 2 internet radio shows.  I drove an hour each way to Charlotte to pick him up at the airport and take him back.  He came 2 different times, stayed at a nearby motel, but spent many hours in my home/office looking at documents and books I have collected over many years.  He convinced me to allow him to "borrow" 3 of the most important books in my library, promising to return them in a few weeks.  Almost a year later, they have not been returned after many requests.  HE IS A THIEF.  At one point he claimed he had mailed them, but they were returned because he had the wrong address.  This is very strange, since on one of his trips he claimed his Verizon cell phone was not working, and talked me into taking him to my Verizon store so he could take care of the problem.  Within a month, I started receiving HIS CELL PHONE BILLS sent to a "Jeffrey Moulden" at my address (see attachment).  Although I have asked him many times why he is having his cell phone bill sent to my house, he has never answered that question.  HE IS A CON MAN, and this very bizarre act is but one example.  By the 3rd time he was on my show, his website was up, with extremely disturbing Illuminati symbolism (see attached "double headed eagle" images).  A caller called in to ask him to explain why he had Illuminati symbolism on his site; his response can be heard at DISINFORMER Dr. Andrew Molden explains the Illuminati Symbolism on his website-2-26-09 (mp3) posted on my site under the "Hall of Shame".  He subsequently took down those images, and replaced it with my intellectual property, the "baby with needles" logo on my site.  He did this without my permission, and I sent him a legal inquiry re: this on 2/25/09 (attached).  HE NEVER RESPONDED.

The most serious con he is perpetrating on the public is that "there is a way we can fix the safety problem with vaccines", and that "he can determine who will have an adverse reaction before a vaccine" (see "Moulden can determine who will vaccine damaged" attachment from his website).  There is no such thing as a safe vaccine; he is but another spinmeister trying to mislead the people.  Vaccine induced stroke due to serum sickness is in fact one of the complications of vaccines, but there are many other ways vaccines kill and maim (including autoimmunity, demyelination, aluminum induced allergy, etc.).  This is explained in "Inoculations the true weapons of mass destruction" on my site, and backed up by multiple research studies done by non-pharma funded veterinarians discussed in the article "Science of Vaccine Damage" also posted on my site.  

He claimed he was going to host a section at a PRO vaccine conference in China last December, and tried to convince 2 researchers who work with me (Veterinarian Patricia Jordan and researcher Patrick Jordan) and myself to go and speak about our work (see attached "Moulden's section for China vaccine conference").  All 3 of us smelled a rat, and refused to go.  Attorney Alan Philips, who did agree to go informed me that Mouldin cancelled at the last minute, telling atty Philips that "would not be the best use of funds and energy" and after Mr Philips had gotten his passport and everything, pulled the plug on the trip at the last minute.

MOST disturbing to me is that since I placed him in the "Hall of Shame" on my site, I have now heard from many people that he is telling others I am "crazy", and talking about how I took a photograph of my son's bleeding anus.  10 years ago, my son was so violently sodomized by his father that he was unable to have a bowel movement for 2 weeks and was bleeding from his anus.  I took him to the hospital, where their camera equipment was not working.  Thus, when I returned home, I took a photograph myself, as a MANDATED REPORTER OF SEXUAL ABUSE, just as I did when I was an attending physician in the ER of King's County Hospital in Brooklyn.  This was used as an excuse to take my son from me by a Masonic judge in Long Island, who subsequently returned by son to his rapist, where he has been undergoing satanic ritual abuse for 10 years.  I was told by the judge "if I don't stop doing my work, I will never see my son again"...my response was "I will not make a deal with the devil", and in fact I have had no contact with my son for about 6 years.  (Of course Moulden, like many other minions that have wormed their way into my life over the years, initially told me that he wanted to help rescue my son from his predicament.  Obviously now that I have exposed him, he is promoting the satanic ritual abuse of my son with his statements about me).  This is PURE EVIL.

I have attached the affidavit of the foster mother, a letter written by the Nassau County Legislature's counsel to then Attorney General Spitzer asking him to investigate the case after I submitted over a thousand pages of court documents proving the corruption in my son's case to said legislature, and an article published in American's Bulletin last summer after reporter Janet Phelan spent a week at my house reading just a fraction of the documents in this case, involving the 7 years of my life I spent in Courts as high as the US Supreme Court trying to save my son.  That is how I realized how corrupt the courts are; and I am not the only whistleblower who has suffered such acts of torture for speaking out.

When giving custody of my only child to my rapist didn't work to destroy me, the NYS medical board charged me with having a "delusion of conspiracy" after I did a public access TV show comparing my son's situation to the book "The Franklin Cover-up; Child Abuse, Satanism, and Murder in Nebraska" by ex-Nebraska state senator John DeCamp.  The DA who ordered my son's rape kit be thrown in the garbage without being investigated, refused to arrest the rapist when the foster mother filed criminal charges after what my son told her and her husband, etc., sent a copy of the show to the NYS medical board, since even as a surgeon I never had a single complaint against me.  Although I had 10 psychiatrists and psychologists evaluate me and find I was fine, the medical board's paid whore disagreed, and 2 of the 3 board members ordered me to undergo psychiatric "treatment" to keep my medical license.  I told them they can have their license, I am a teacher now, and I have clients all over the world who I teach how to reverse autoimmune disease, non-traumatic seizures, and cancer using natural therapies.  Moulden tried to get me to give him my protocol (which must be individualized depending on the person's history), which I refused to do.

Dr. Moulden is aware of ALL of the above.  And now he has joined in with the other minions to slander me because I became aware of, and started to talk publicly about, this man with a Napolean complex who is a liar, a thief, and a con man.
